make skool-be-ez with SkoolBeez
We build school software in Malaysia, for Malaysian schools.
Skoolbeez Edutech Sdn Bhd builds one system at a time and connects them as they go. Every product started with a school asking for something their existing tools could not do.
Why we started
One school, three systems that did not talk.
The first version of Skoolbeez was an attendance tool for a single secondary school in Selangor. The clerks were keying the same student names into an attendance book, a fee spreadsheet and a library ledger.
We fixed attendance first, then the fee book, then the library. Each one shipped as its own product because schools buy that way. The shared student record came next, and Skoolbeez SSO followed once schools were running three products at once.
Built for how schools actually buy
Nothing is bundled. A preschool never pays for exam modules it will not open.
Written with clerks in the room
Every screen is tested with the person who has to use it forty times a day.
Local support, local hours
Support runs on Malaysian school hours, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
